Description:
The Overlander R240 2-Stall Horsebox is designed for optimal performance and efficiency, featuring a 2.0L BlueHDi diesel engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, delivering 140 BHP. The cabin space is enhanced for storage and sound absorption, ensuring a comfortable ride. Safety and monitoring are paramount, with an approved camera monitoring system for horse safety and a stepped-back bulkhead to increase cabin space.
The ramp and stall system are meticulously engineered with an advanced composite aluminium reinforced ramp door and anti-slip rubber matting for safe loading and unloading. The in-house designed Ramp Assist Spring allows for easy operation, while the full height slotted sliding divider gate and access partition doors ensure durability, ease of cleaning, and lightweight handling.
The tack area is well-equipped with two folding saddle racks, bridle hooks, cushioned seating, and a storage compartment, along with ample drainage provided by two outlets. The flooring and panels are constructed from composite aluminium panels with a flex screed rubber coating, and the bulkhead panel features a high-density polyurethane core with a steel plate skin. The closed cell core body panels offer high tensile strength and durability.
Ventilation and lighting are optimized with five opening windows, a skylight, and a dual intake/extraction ventilator. The stall area is illuminated with white LED lamps for safe working at night and red calming lamps to ease travel. Interior protection includes thermoplastic sheeting on the sidewalls, reinforced rubber on the bulkhead, a roof bump pad, and a rub rail for added safety.
